The unique company ID is needed to protect against unauthorized joining to your company and is only used with Telegram. Send it only to those persons you want to connect to your company. In case the unique ID has been compromised, you can update it by following these steps:

Select the required company in the context menu in the upper right corner of the page:

Go to "Manage" > "Company";
In the "Unique company ID" block click on the button "Generate new ID" and confirm the action in the opened dialog window:

Once the new ID is created, no one else can connect to your company using the old ID.
