Configuring an email notifications for standups and tasks

Configuring email reports in AssistBot

Members with the Owner, Administrator and Manager roles can set up email notifications when someone submitted standup report or completed a tasks. Managers will receive notifications only from elements they created. Owners and Administrators will receive notifications from all elements of the company. This feature is available only in paid tariff plans. For more details about the features of plans go to this page.

To enable email notifications, you need:

  1. Go to "Profile settings":

  1. Turn on "Get standups and tasks reporting alerts". You can also use this setting to enable \ disable email notifications globally for your account:

  1. Open settings of the required standup or task:

  1. Select the corresponding checkboxes:

or

  1. Repeat steps 3-4 for the desired standups and tasks.
